Welcome to Bidwell Elementary, Home of the Bulldogs! I am Mr. Sheffield, your principal, and I am thrilled to join the Bidwell family.

I have been an educator in this community for the past 20 years, and have grown to love all that Red Bluff has to offer. 

Here at Bidwell, we are fortunate to have a wonderful staff and an engaged community of parents who support our students in every way. Together, we strive toward growth, empathy, responsibility, and perseverance, laying the foundation for lifelong learners.

I encourage you to be active in your child’s education. Whether through our VIBES Parent Club, ELAC, Site Council, or by joining us at events such as Back to School Night, Open House, or Curriculum Night, your involvement makes a difference.

I am deeply committed to our students and staff, and I will work tirelessly to ensure that Bidwell remains a safe, nurturing environment where all students have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
